There are a
variety of opportunities to give back to the
community and help adults who suffer from
severe mental disabilities. Your gift,
however large or small, represents hope,
promise and a ray of sunshine for the
individuals and families of Lake County.
Whether it’s a gift to our Rainbow Fund that
provides help and hope to adults in
financial emergencies (i.e. diapers, bus
fare), or a gift to help support general
day-to-day costs associated to operate
Pathways and continue our mission, any
contribution enhances the services of our
employees who are committed to serving
individuals in their homes and in the
community 24-hours a day, every day.
There’s a great feeling of fulfillment that
comes from knowing that you’ve done your
very best for a cause you care about. Thank

Matching Gifts -- Your gift could be matched
